When you receive treatment in the Danish healthcare system, you can apply for compensation if you are injured in connection with treatment or use of medicine. The damage can be psychological or physical and can occur due to misdiagnosis, (too) long waiting time, disease treatment, surgery, rehabilitation, care or medicines.
It is free to report an injury to Patient Compensation and you do not need assistance from a lawyer.
